frequently asked questions.

I'm new, should I go for speed or control?

This depends on the type of game you play and your personal needs. If you are playing a tracking heavy game, we recommend getting something with a bit more speed, like our 'speed' option. If you are playing something like a tactical shooter, you may want more control. In that case, we recommend our 'control' option. The other options should should cater towards the enthusiasts who know specifically what they are looking for.

I just got my skates, how do I apply them?

Use something sharp to remove your old skates. Make sure to remove the adhesive that was keeping the stock skates on. Clean the area with an alcohol wipe to get rid of sticky residue from old skates. Open the aimmax package and take out the dot skates, then place 1 at a time in a spot of your choosing. We recommend putting around 4-6 skates, depending on the skate slot size. After pressing the dot into mouse a little, remove the tiny little plastic on top of the skate. It's hard to notice, but there is plastic covering each skate, and it will hinder the performance if not removed. Now enjoy a better aiming experience.
